Panelist: Robert Dowling is the product manager for Cyber Risk Management Solutions at Dynetics, Inc. in Huntsville, Alabama. Robert leads the development of Cyber RiskScope®, a portfolio of Cyber Risk Management solutions. He also serves as the primary interface to the insurance industry for the development of cyber risk solutions for underwriters, brokers and clients.
Robert’s background includes systems and software engineering development for NASA and the Department of Defense, as well as managing federal government sales and marketing activities for companies such as Northrop Grumman, SAIC and Dynetics. He has a computer engineering degree from Auburn University, where he was a member of the 1983 SEC Championship Football team.
Panelist: Hank Stickley, RPLU, is the vice president for Socius Insurance Services, Inc. in Birmingham, Alabama. He’s recognized as one of the foremost experts in the design and placement of directors and officers liability insurance and cyber liability in the U.S. Prior to Socius, Hank was a directors and officers underwriter for AIG, Chubb and Cincinnati Insurance companies. He also served as a marketing specialist for HRH and Bliss & Glennon.

With 20 years of experience in a wide variety of businesses, including software development, hospitality, marketing and insurance, Brent is responsible for all operational activities for S.S. Nesbitt, including account management, insurance marketing, risk management, claims and corporate marketing. Born and raised in Gadsden, Alabama, Brent earned his B.S. in MIS at Auburn University and his M.B.A. at the University of Maryland University College.
